1. Overview

All products sold by PrintWizards Store are custom-made, 3D printed to order. Because every item is manufactured specifically for you upon receipt of your order, our refund and return policy reflects the bespoke nature of what we make.

We are committed to your satisfaction and handle every case with fairness and care.

2. Made-to-order policy

Since all our products are printed fresh upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

       Change of mind after the order is placed

       Incorrect colour or size selected by the customer at checkout

       Delays caused by incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing your order — including colour variant, customisation text, and shipping address — carefully before placing it.

3. Eligibility for refund or replacement

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

       The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping

       The product you received does not match what you ordered (wrong item, wrong colour, wrong text)

       The product has a significant print defect that affects its appearance or function

       Your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days

3.1 How to raise a claim

To raise a refund or replacement claim, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted.

Your claim must include:

       Your order number

       Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage

       A brief description of the issue

4. Refund process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved (within 2 business days of submission):

       Replacement orders are dispatched within 5 business days at no additional cost

       Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

       Razorpay refunds typically reflect in 5–7 additional banking days depending on your bank

We do not offer partial refunds. If your claim is approved, you receive either a full refund or a complete replacement — your choice.

5. Non-refundable situations

We will not process refunds or replacements in the following situations:

       Minor colour variations due to screen display differences (monitor calibration varies)

       Slight layer texture visible on the surface — this is a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing, not a defect

       Damage caused after delivery (drops, water exposure, heat damage)

       Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery

       Orders where incorrect customisation details were provided by the customer

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, printing may have already begun and cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number.

7. Shipping damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it. This helps us file a claim with the courier and process your replacement faster.

Do not discard damaged packaging until your claim is resolved.

PrintWizards Store is an Indian business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, selling custom 3D printed home decor, lamps, showpieces, keychains, and related products. All products are manufactured in-house using professional FDM 3D printing equipment.

3. Products and customisation

All products listed on our store are made to order. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

       The text, name, logo, or design you have submitted does not infringe on any third-party copyright or trademark

       You have the right to reproduce any design or logo you submit for printing

       You accept that minor visual variations inherent to 3D printing (surface texture, slight colour variance) are not defects

PrintWizards Store reserves the right to decline any order that contains offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via:

       UPI (all major apps)

       Credit and debit cards

       Net banking

       Cash on Delivery (select pincodes)

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the price you pay.

5. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Because all products are made to order:

       Standard processing time is 3–7 business days depending on the product

       You will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number once your order ships

       Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays

During peak periods (Diwali, festive season), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays proactively.

6. Shipping

We ship across India via reputed courier partners including Shiprocket-enabled networks. PrintWizards Store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

       Metro cities: 2–4 business days

       Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days

       Remote areas: 5–8 business days

7. Intellectual property

All product designs, photographs, brand identity, and website content are the property of PrintWizards Store. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Customer-submitted designs remain the property of the customer. By submitting a design for printing, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of liability

PrintWizards Store's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our products are decorative and functional home items. They are not designed for structural, medical, or safety-critical applications.

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these terms

PrintWizards Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
